Adminpak.msi (error 1321)

Bonjour,
Je viens d'upgrader mes DC en R2. Maintenant je souhaite mettre à jour
l'adminpak. Sur 2 de mes DC, à l'installation des MSI, je reçois l'erreur
suivante:
EventID 11321 (source:MsiInstaller)
Product Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 Administration Tools Pack
-- Error 1321. The installer has unsufficient privileges to modify this file:
C:\Windows\system32\tsmmc.msc
J'obtiens ce message pour tous les fichiers .msc
J'utilise un compte admin du domaine et j'ai vérifié les droits du compte
system sur l'arborescence \Windows\System32.
Quelqu'un a t'il déjà rencontré ce genre de problème et y a t'il une
solution ?
