Carte mére avec un slot AGP 8X et carte graphique avec un slot AGP 1X, 2X, 4X est-ce compatible ?

Mémoire 512 Mo PC3200 Samsung

Si j'achète une carte graphique :
Matrox Millennium G450 AGP, qui a un AGP 1X, 2X, 4X

sachant que la carte mére a un slot AGP 8X ?
