Butler ?

"QuicKeys provides a wide range of ways to trigger your shortcuts, including hot keys, timers, date & time, application events, time range, toolbars, USB device, and speech triggers. QuicKeys is the ultimate utility for streamlining your digital lifestyle." "With the recording feature, QuicKeys will watch and record your actions so you can play them back at any time. This feature is great for quickly automating longer, multi-step tasks."
iKey : <http://scriptsoftware.com/ikey/> "iKey can simulate both keydown events and mouse events, meaning iKey can control the computer as if someone were physically using the keyboard and the mouse. The keyboard commands also include the ability to type the date, type the contents of the clipboard or even the contents of a file."
