Create a web based golf game

Hello,

I am writing here because a crazy idea comes to my mind last nite. I
used to play in a lot of online management game and i was thinking
about creating a free web based golf game.

The game won't be a playing golf, but a strategy/management game where
you can train your golfer, study the courses, set instrcution etc..

Now I'd like to know if any of you think this could be an attracting
thing, and if there's anyone interested in helping me with this
project, both on the analysis and the programming stuff
