It is generally a "denied access" ! For exemple, when using an account that is not declared as administrator in Exchange 5.5, or if the server don't pertain to the domain (or to a approved domain).

My active directory is not available too, there is a red point when I open my user and computer active mmc. I didn't make a backup too.
How can I restore my active and grant user have exchange rights
