Impossible d'utiliser Surface Area manager

Bonjour,
Voilà , j'ai installé une instance SQL server 2005 SP2 sur un serveur
windows 2003 SP1.
Lorsque je lance le surface Area manager pour configurer mon instance,
j'ai besoin d'activer xp_cmdshell, j'ai le message d'erreur ci
dessous :
