messages qui n'arriven pas

Bonjour
Je suis sous Orange et utilise Outlook.
Depuis plusieurs jours, j'ai des problèmes avec ma messagerie. Par exemple,
mes messages arrivent avec plusieurs jours de retard (voir pas du tout)

J'ai aussi , très souvent, ce genre de message :
