Mon disque dur pédale,pédale comme un petit fou

Bonjour à tous
Je suis sous XP-SP3 avec un Packard Bell, 80 gbits de disque dont 40 de
libre et 750 meg de mémoire vive.
A la mise sous tension du PC, celle prends 5 bonnes minutes mais surtout le
disque dur se mets a pédaler et ne ralentis qu'après 10 bonnes
minutes.Pendant ce temps inutile d'essayer de naviguer correctement.Quand il
est calmé et que les opérations normales peuvent reprendre il se remets
parfois à repartir à fond et souvent cela va jusqu'au blocage du PC car
plusieurs taches sont en cours.Je m'en sors parfois par le gestionnaires de
taches, parfois par un arrêt "brutal".
Suivant certains posts j'ai nettoyé via CCCLEANER, MALWAREBYTES,SPYBOT, j'ai
vérifié si besoin defragmentation ,effectué un CHKDSK, désactivé
l'indexation des dossiers .
Rebelle le disque.Aussi je fais appel à vous pour quelques conseils .

Que donne l'onglet "Performances" dans le gestionnaire de tâches de Windows
? (Ctrl + Alt + Suppr)
En particulier, combien y a t-il de processus actifs ?, et l'occupation de
la mémoire ?

pour la defragementation, n'hesite pas à la lancer plusieurs fois de suite,
même s'il te dit qu'il n'en a pas besoin.
memoire vive: combien de libre (surtout lorsque ça se vautre) ?
N'hesite pas vider les caches IE ou Firefox, et n'hesite pas à lancer une
nouvelle session Firefox plutôt que reprendre une ancienne.

Lorsque ça se plante, y a t-il un process gourmand en CPU et/ou en mémoire ?
Y a t-il des scans antivirus de planifié ?

dans un premier temps va dans MSCONFIG onglet démarrage et donne-nous la
liste des programmes lancés

vois aussi dans les options de ton antivirus

Merci de vos suggestions. Voici quelques données en réponse à vos questions
Nota (le disque dur se repose pendant que je rédige).
Mémoire : Total 785 Mo -Dispo : 300 Mo- Cache system : 300 mO
Processus : 54 (au repos)Nettoyage CCcleaner >> liste basique de
l'application : IE- Windows
explorer - System
Antivirus, Norton Internet Sécurité 2008 sans options spécifiques.Les scans
sont manuels
le plantage se produit lorsque le disque se mets à pédaler et que j'ai
plusieurs applications ouvertes. En cherchant à les fermer cela prends de +
en + de temps puis le pointeur se fige et Hop tout est planté. Même le
gestionnaire des taches devient inaccessible.
Il ne me reste + qu'un reset sauvage via l'interrupteur.
Il me reste à vous fournir des infos complémentaires quand il devient fou :
état de la mémoire ,charge CPU
En attendant merci de vos remarques. Vous êtes tous très sympa.

on voit aussi beaucoup de redondances

Bonjour à tous
Je suis sous XP-SP3 avec un Packard Bell, 80 gbits de disque dont 40 de
libre et 750 meg de mémoire vive.
A la mise sous tension du PC, celle prends 5 bonnes minutes mais surtout
le disque dur se mets a pédaler et ne ralentis qu'après 10 bonnes
minutes.Pendant ce temps inutile d'essayer de naviguer
correctement.Quand
il est calmé et que les opérations normales peuvent reprendre il se
remets
parfois à repartir à fond et souvent cela va jusqu'au blocage du PC car
plusieurs taches sont en cours.Je m'en sors parfois par le gestionnaires
de taches, parfois par un arrêt "brutal".
Suivant certains posts j'ai nettoyé via CCCLEANER, MALWAREBYTES,SPYBOT,
j'ai vérifié si besoin defragmentation ,effectué un CHKDSK, désactivé
l'indexation des dossiers .
Rebelle le disque.Aussi je fais appel à vous pour quelques conseils .

Bonjour à tous
Je suis sous XP-SP3 avec un Packard Bell, 80 gbits de disque dont 40 de
libre et 750 meg de mémoire vive.
A la mise sous tension du PC, celle prends 5 bonnes minutes mais
surtout
le disque dur se mets a pédaler et ne ralentis qu'après 10 bonnes
minutes.Pendant ce temps inutile d'essayer de naviguer
correctement.Quand
il est calmé et que les opérations normales peuvent reprendre il se
remets
parfois à repartir à fond et souvent cela va jusqu'au blocage du PC car
plusieurs taches sont en cours.Je m'en sors parfois par le
gestionnaires
de taches, parfois par un arrêt "brutal".
Suivant certains posts j'ai nettoyé via CCCLEANER, MALWAREBYTES,SPYBOT,
j'ai vérifié si besoin defragmentation ,effectué un CHKDSK, désactivé
l'indexation des dossiers .
Rebelle le disque.Aussi je fais appel à vous pour quelques conseils .

54 processus au repos, c'est beaucoup trop...une machine bien "ajustée" doit
être en moyenne autour de 20/25 !
A essayer avant tout : décocher tous les programmes lancés au démarrage
(onglet "Démarrage" de MSCONFIG), et ensuite faire le ménage dans les
SERVICES, et après, on voit...

le plantage se produit lorsque le disque se mets à pédaler et que j'ai
plusieurs applications ouvertes. En cherchant à les fermer cela prends

en + de temps puis le pointeur se fige et Hop tout est planté. Même le
gestionnaire des taches devient inaccessible.
Il ne me reste + qu'un reset sauvage via l'interrupteur.
Il me reste à vous fournir des infos complémentaires quand il devient
fou :
état de la mémoire ,charge CPU

Bonjour à tous
Je suis sous XP-SP3 avec un Packard Bell, 80 gbits de disque dont 40
de
libre et 750 meg de mémoire vive.
A la mise sous tension du PC, celle prends 5 bonnes minutes mais
surtout
le disque dur se mets a pédaler et ne ralentis qu'après 10 bonnes
minutes.Pendant ce temps inutile d'essayer de naviguer

il est calmé et que les opérations normales peuvent reprendre il se

plusieurs taches sont en cours.Je m'en sors parfois par le
gestionnaires
de taches, parfois par un arrêt "brutal".
Suivant certains posts j'ai nettoyé via CCCLEANER,
MALWAREBYTES,SPYBOT,
j'ai vérifié si besoin defragmentation ,effectué un CHKDSK, désactivé
l'indexation des dossiers .
Rebelle le disque.Aussi je fais appel à vous pour quelques conseils .

le plantage se produit lorsque le disque se mets à pédaler et que j'ai
plusieurs applications ouvertes. En cherchant à les fermer cela prends

en + de temps puis le pointeur se fige et Hop tout est planté. Même le
gestionnaire des taches devient inaccessible.
Il ne me reste + qu'un reset sauvage via l'interrupteur.
Il me reste à vous fournir des infos complémentaires quand il devient
fou :
état de la mémoire ,charge CPU

dans un premier temps va dans MSCONFIG onglet démarrage et donne-nous
la
liste des programmes lancés

vois aussi dans les options de ton antivirus

Je suis sous XP-SP3 avec un Packard Bell, 80 gbits de disque dont 40
de
libre et 750 meg de mémoire vive.
A la mise sous tension du PC, celle prends 5 bonnes minutes mais
surtout
le disque dur se mets a pédaler et ne ralentis qu'après 10 bonnes
minutes.Pendant ce temps inutile d'essayer de naviguer

plusieurs taches sont en cours.Je m'en sors parfois par le
gestionnaires

Suivant certains posts j'ai nettoyé via CCCLEANER,
MALWAREBYTES,SPYBOT,
j'ai vérifié si besoin defragmentation ,effectué un CHKDSK, désactivé
l'indexation des dossiers .
Rebelle le disque.Aussi je fais appel à vous pour quelques conseils .

Oui et non, il n'est pas gênant en fait. Faut pas en faire une obsession.
Ce qui l'est plus, c'est l'incroyable quantité de logiciels lancés au
démarrage sans compter que certains sont lancés plusieurs fois. Que le
PC veuille bien encore fonctionner est un miracle.
