NT4 et IE6 128 Bits ne fonctionne pas (0 Bit) et pas de HTTPS

=C0 tout coup lorsque j'installe IE6 sur une station NT4 Wks=20
ou Srv, je ne peux plus naviguer sur des sites HTTPS et=20
mon navigateur affiche 0 Bits pour le cryptage ! Si je=20
part du d=E9but de l'installation je ne vois pas o=F9 l'erreur=20
se fait: Je formatte, j'installe NT4, Service Pack 3,=20
IE4.01, IE5.5SP2 qui est 128 Bits en fonctionne en HTTPS),=20
Service Pack 6a French canadian (High Encryption) et=20
IE6SP1. Et plus de HTTPS fonctionnel !!! Si quelqu'un sait=20
quoi faire pour ce bigue svp me contacter par email.
