Pb d'install de Service Pack XP

Bonjour,

Je viens de découvrir ces nouvelles newgroups, les privates étant fermées,
j'espère être au bon endroit (communauté techniques MS)

alors,

je m'arrache les cheveux depuis lundi, à savoir :

un pc sous XP SP1 que je voudrais mettre à jour en sp2 ou 3. J'ai la même
erreur pour les 2 SP : "une erreur interne s'est produite".
Dans l'observateur d'evnt j'ai une erreur id 4373, mais rien de plus

Le fichier svcpack.log, contient des erreurs, je mets une copie à la fin du
message, il y a bien des pb sur les dernières lignes, mais je ne comprend
pas tout
Le WGA est bon.
J'ai passé plusieurs AV, antispy, c'est ok
Check disk fait, rien non plus
J'ai utilisé les différents outils MS pour remettre les bons droits de
registre et disque, bref je suis perdu.
