PB message répétitif

Bonjour,
J'ai un soucis avec un gros client qui m'envoie périodiquement le même
message ( toutes les heures).
J'ai fait une copie de l'intitulé de l' EMAIL. Quelqu'un peut t'il
m'expliquer le cheminement de cet EMAIL, et par voit de conséquence où ce
trouve le Problème.

Poser une question
Je pense que ton problème vient de là:
Received: from obiwan.transport.alstom.com (relay3 [])
Jusqu'à ce serveur, le message a été relayé normalement. Par contre, il
semble que ce serveur a gardé le message pendant 4 jours avant de le
délivrer.
Je suppose que le problème dont tu parles est un délai important pour
délivrer le message.
D'après le nom de ce serveur c'est une passerelle antivirus. Je pense qu'il
faudrait regarder pourquoi l'AV a retenu ce message autant de temps

En fait j'ai bien reçu le message le 17/12/03 le problème c'est que je l'ai
reçu le 21/12/03 aussi.
Ce n'est pas un PB de retard mais plutôt un pb de renvoi de message.
