Hello, To send a mail, you should use the smtp server of your Internet Service Provider. If you are connected with wanadoo, use smtp.wanadoo.fr (I read about another one recently : smtpauth.wanadoo.fr) So, search on Waitrose.com the name of their smtp server.
I also guess you have a problem with your keyboard driver. You should have a look ;-)
