probleme impression photos 4x6 turboprint

Bonjour.
J'ai le pb suivant sur ma canon i865+ pilote turboprint +kde3.4.2(showphoto
ou
d'autres)la photo est en paysage en partie sur le format 10x15 je
m'explique:
Dans le pilote je mets format 10x15 et paysage, imprimer à la taille exacte
(je mets 4x6 en pouces).
Au résultat c'est bien en paysage mais la photo est contre le bord gauche
et il en manque une partie tandis qu'il y a une grosse bande blanche de 4
cm à droite c'est à dire en haut du format disposé dans le bac de
l'imprimante mais la partie droite est entiere.
Si je l'imprime avec ces options mais sur un papier A4 la photo est entière
avec une bande blanche de 4 cm à droite quand le papier est regardé en
paysage.*************************

Je viens de le faire dans gimp.

Une petite image (comme un vignette)dans un coin du 10x15 borderless.
Mais qu'est ce qu'il se passse donc?
