Il doit contenir des erreurs qui devraient vous permettre de déterminer la
cause de votre problème.

votre catalogue doit être corrompu.
Arrêtez le service de cryptographie: net stop cryptsvc
Arrêtez le service Windows Update: net stop wuauserv
Déplacez tous les fichiers de C:windowssystem32catroot2 dans un
répertoire temporaire (ex c:tempcatroot).
Redémarrez les service.
Celà résoud-il le problème?
