service aide et support disparu

Bonjour,
j'ai fait un nettoyage BDR avec Easycleaner (je sais je sais mauvaise
idée) et il me semble que depuis :
1) le service aide et support a disparu de la liste des services
2) le fichier helpctr.exe est introuvable en passant par le menu "démarrer"
3) je ne peux répondre aux demandes d'assistance à distance que l'on
m'envoie (conséquence de 1))

J'ai lu un peu la litterature, à savoir

Quelqu'un aurait une autre solution ?

Ma config : XP SP2 PRO.
