Writing a shell script to launch sc_serv for shoutcast ??

I am trying to make a auto launch ability so I can run the file
sc_serv that is on my computer

How would I go about writing a shell script to

open the terminal
cd to /Applications/shoutcast
then execute
./sc_serv

I have never writen a script before.
