STOCKHOLM (June 7, 2016) - Starbreeze AB, today announced the completed share issue related to the PAYDAY-franchise consolidation and acquisition from 505 Games, earlier announced May 30th, issuing 10 934 211 B-shares in Starbreeze at 22,80 SEK per share. The shares, which represent approximately 4.3% of shares and 1.4% of votes, were issued by board resolution under authority from the AGM. After the issue, the total number of B-shares in Starbreeze is 196 832 410 and the total number of shares in Starbreeze 254 298 338.
