Microsoft vient de sortir une mise à jour de sécurité, qualifiée de critique, pour le mois de décembre 2004 concernant son navigateur Internet Explorer.
"Un problème de sécurité a été identifié. Ce problème pourrait permettre à une personne malveillante de mettre en danger les données d'un ordinateur exécutant Internet Explorer et de prendre le contrôle de celui-ci. Vous pouvez renforcer la protection de votre ordinateur en installant cette mise à jour de Microsoft."
Si la configuration de votre PC correspond à une de celles indiquées ci-dessous, vous êtes concerné par ce problème.
- Internet Explorer 6 SP1 pour Windows 2000 SP3, Windows 2000 SP4, ou Windows XP SP1
- Internet Explorer 6 SP1 pour Windows NT Server 4.0 SP6a, Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Service Edition SP6, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, ou Windows Me
- Internet Explorer 6 pour Windows XP 64-Bit Edition SP1
