SANTA MONICA, Calif. and CANNES, France, May 11, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Furious M (www.furiousm.net) a California-based VR Studio specializing in high concept VR content and exhibition today announced that it will present "The Future Of VR, A US Perspective" session for the Cannes VR Days at the NEXT Pavilion of the Marché du Film.

VR Session Agenda
The Future Of VR, A US Perspective session will be held during NEXT VR Days on Sunday, May 15, led by Mario Kenyon, Head of Production at Furious M, and will feature DEFROST.

• DEFROST Episode 1: The Awakening, and Episode 2: The Best Care - DEFROST is a 12 episode series directed by acclaimed Director Randal Kleiser (Grease) and produced by Tanna Frederick, that transforms you, the viewer, into the main character when she awakens from a 30-year medically induced frozen state. DEFROST is a Feral Dog Production in association with Furious M.

First Year of VR Focus at Cannes
This year is the first time there will be a specific focus on VR as part of the Marché Du Film.
