Bonjour,
Je voudrais savoir s'il possible de configurer via GPO une connection wifi
en WPA2 sur des postes XP (sur lesquel j'ai instalé le correctif
WindowsXP-KB893357-v2-x86-FRA.exe pour avoir le WPA2)
Sur le srv dans les GPO je ne trouve que le WPA simple
Y a t'il un correctif a rajouter ?

As I am sure you know, Microsoft has released Wi-Fi Protected Access 2
(WPA2)/Wireless Provisioning Services Information Element (WPS IE) update
for
Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (http://support.microsoft.com/?id‰3357 ), a
free download that updates the wireless client components in Windows XP with
Service Pack 2 to support WPA2. This article describes the features of WPA2
security and the support for WPA2 included with the WPA2/WPS IE update for
Windows XP with Service Pack 2.

You are correct - At this time, the Wireless Network (IEEE 802.11) Policies
Group Policy extension in Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 does not
support
the configuration of WPA2 authentication options.

However, Wireless Group Policy settings in Windows Server â?oLonghornâ?
allow
the configuration of WPA2 authentication options. Our Windows Server team is
investigating the support for WPA2 authentication options in wireless Group
Policy settings in a future update to Windows Server 2003.

Bonjour,

une réponse plus simple serait aussi de dire que les GPO portant sur WPA 2
sont gérées depuis Windows 2003 SP2 (à ajouter sur ton R2) :

Bonjour
merci de vos réponces
effectivement mon srv est un 2003 R2 SP2
donc il "devrait connaitre le WPA2"
Par contre lorque je fait une gpo dans "configurationordinateur"
=>"Parametre de sécurité" => "Stratégie de reseau sans Fil" je ne trouve que
le WPA !!!
n'y a t ilpas des adm a mettre a jour ? ou autre?
