Malicious Signature sticking on the bottom mail sent by Outlook 2003

Hello,
I noticed recently that when I forward an email whois completely deleted and retyped, corespondent receive it with Malicious Signature sticking on the bottom mail. This link is a smart email address which appears only when mail is received, but does not appear when I am writing the mail.
Do you know why and how to fix it?
