Après installation du patch et redémarrage, supprimez toutes les références
à msblast, fichier innofensif pour votre PC mais qui attaque des PC distants
non patchés.
( pour ma part j'ai dut affiché la liste des processus avec ctrl+alt+suppr
et terminé le procesus nommé MsBlast affin de pouvoir supprimé le fichier
MsBlast du disque dur...
Moi je n'ai que ces 2 la :
msblast.exe dans windows/system 32 et
MSBLAST.EXE-09FF84F2.pf dans windows/prefetch )
Cette action est irreversible, confirmez la suppression du commentaire ?

J'ai une autre procedre plus simple pour les ordineux non avertis mais en Anglais que j'ai distribue a mon travail:
La voila donc: 1 - You have to disable the "system restore" in WinXP only, this is done only if you are logged as the administrator of the machine. 2 - Run the program called "FixBlast.exe" after downloading it from the following link: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FixBlast.exe, by double clicking on it. Again you probably have to be logged as the administrator of the machine. This program is from Symantec, an industry leader of antivirus program (in case you do not trust me). 3 - At the end of the procedure, it will ask to download a patch from Microsoft. Do so and run the patch after downloading it. This will prevent the Worm to attack your machine again. 4 - Reboot the machine and work normally, your problem should be solved. If you run WinXP, don't forget to enable the "system restore" back. If you have some problem during the procedure, please refer to the following web page from Symantec that is very detailed: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.blaster.worm.removal.tool.html
Ensuite tout devrait rentrer dans l'ordre sans probleme.
