Vista + Outlook 2007: main menu with 2 identical items

Hello,

MS CRM v3 outlook client was installing a 'CRM' menu, when migrating to CRM
v4 I uninstalled the CRM v3 client but the CRM menu has not been removed.
On XP it has always been removed, Vista Pb ?

And now I can't start CRM client V4 because it try to install a second CRM
Menu and stops.

My question: how to remove manually this unecessary and blocking menu ?
