Afficher une image dans une boite de dialogue (winAPI)

Bonjour,
J'aimerais savoir s'il est possible d'afficher une image dans une boite de
dialogue en langage C sous windows (winAPI).
Si oui, comment faire ? Toutes les solutions que j'ai essayé ne fonctionnent pas
et je ne trouve des solutions qu'en C++ :(

En C standard,, non, bien sûr. Mais très certainement en appelant une fonction de l'API Windows ou avec gtk+ ou WxWidgets. La programmation Windows, ça ne s'improvise pas.
