Communication Bluetooth with JAVA applications

The applications running with J2ME and implemented for mobiles phones need
JSR-82 based library to communicate through Bluetooth protocol. In QTEK
(including Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system) the "Midlet Manager"
application allows to install J2ME JAVA applications initially dedicated to
mobiles phones. However, this application doesn't implement JSR-82 library
required for Bluetooth communication. Which solution is possible to add this
library on the windows mobile oriented system?
