Erreur de création de portail

Bonjour tout le monde, voilà j'ai quelques petits soucis avec mon petit
sharepoint, le problème est que je ne peux pas crée de portail, à chaque
fois que j'essaye il me sort et voici le journal :

Je suis sous windows 2003 server pro sp1, sharepoint server 2003 sp2 avec
sql server 2005 pro (pour sharepoint j'utilise le framwork 1.1), mon
ordinateur est un contrôleur de nom de domaine.

dis l'erreur ci-dessous :
