how can I see 0.00% instead of #DIV/!0 in cell H214?

Hi,
I hope that someone can help me out with my problem.
in cell H212 I have $37,000
in cell H213 I have $35,000
in cell H214 I have the difference in %, this mean
$37,000-$35,000/$35,000 which give me the result -0.54%
But if one or both of these cells H212, H213 are empty it give me the
result #DIV/!0 in cell H214
So, how can I see 0.00% instead of #DIV/!0 in cell H214?
