Insertion image SVG dans EXCEL

Bonjour,
Je cherche a inserer dans XL un ficher SVG (image vectorielle).
Le fichier ressemble a :

Comment inserer cette carte dans excel afin par la suite de colorier les canton en fonction de certaines valeur ( pour cette partie j'ai déja trouvé sur le site)
