You are correct that Integration Services does not include an "Xml Destination" component. (Other users are disappointed that there is not an "ODBC Destination.") Books Online (BOL) contains an example of a destination created by using the Script component.
The best solution, if you are a programmer, is to create your own Xml Destination by using the Script Component.
If you want to ask a larger number of experts, I suggest that you submit your question to the Integration Services forum at http://forums.microsoft.com/msdn/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID. It is OK if your English is not perfect.
