Bonjour,
parfois les messages de non remise d'email parviennent très tardivement
(plus d'un mois) après l'envoie du mail, ceci peut il être modifié. Ce
problème n'est pas récurrent, ainsi pour une erreur du type adresse non
valide l'administrateur ainsi que l'expéditeur du mail ont le ndr quasi
instantannément:

"Le greylisting est une technique antipourriel très simple qui consiste à rejeter temporairement un message, par émission d'un code de refus temporaire au serveur émetteur."
Les serveurs de messagerie essaient aprés un certain temps (GlitchRetrySeconds) de retransmettre le message, ce que ne font pas les spammeurs d'ou l'interet du greylisting.
Toutefois dans certains cas des notifications de non remises restent bloquées dans les tables temporaires du serveur SMTP virtuel d'Exchange.
Ces NDR ne sont délivrées qu'au redémarrage du service SMTP, d'ou la réception des NDR aprés un mois dans vôtre cas.
Une des solutions peut consister à modifier le "GlitchRetrySeconds" d'Exchange pour dire au serveur d'attendre un peu plus avant d'essayer de renvoyer le message.
En effet si Exchange essaie de renvoyer trop vite le message (60s par défaut) le serveur distant refusera à nouveau le message, d'ou la NDR au bout du compte.
Les serveurs indiquent parfois dans leur NDR la période de greylisting, vous pouvez essayez progressivement plusieurs valeurs, par exemple 300 (5 min).
