ZoneAlarm: True Vector internet monitor is shut down

Mon ZoneAlarm Security Suite me demande si je veux redémarrer le True
Vector internet monitor. Actuellement il est h.s. ce qui m'inquiète.
J'ai plusieures fois redémarré le service, sans résultat. Des idées ?
Cette action est irreversible, confirmez la suppression du commentaire ?

fait un scan de ton ordinateur pour les virus et spyware. Utilise les utilitaires sur le site www.antivirus.com dans personnal fait un house call
S'il ne trouve rien alors fait ceci:
Vérifie si zone alarm n'a pas sortie une mise à jour si oui install la mise à jour. si non désinstalle le et réinstalle le en faisant un redémarrage de ton ordinateur à chaque étape.
Parfois zonealarm déconne.

slt depuis la dernière maj c est le m^m prblm pour moi j ai désinstallé tous le log puis réinstallé pour parer à ce bug j espère qu'il vont rectifier le tir A+

Effectivement, il paraît qu'un bug serait à l'origine de ce comportement
inquiétant. J'ai reçu le conseil suivant sur le forum de ZoneLab:
1/ Ouvrir ZoneAlarm > Program Control > Main : désactiver le Alert Avisor. 2/ Mettre, dans le deuxième carré, le AlertAdvisor sur le niveau manuel. 3/ redémarrer.
IvanaFirewall m'a expliqué : This has been a problem with the recent version of ZoneAlarm(5.5)somehow when ZoneLabs updates something on their end to the Alert Advisor,it relay's back to the Firewall Improperly and thus creating ZA's TV to crash.You can avoid this by making sure ZoneAlarm isnt allowed to Phone home for any type of services.
1 Open ZoneAlarm and goto the Program Control tab and then the Main tab and DISABLE(turn off) the Alert Advisor. This should eradicate the problem with TV crashing.
2 Make sure you set the AV and the Update checkers to Automatic and retreive your own updates here and there daily,just so ZoneALarm doesnt communicate with the ZoneLabs servers for time being.
Now if ZoneAlarm does crash,on reboot you will need to recet the ZoneAlarm database,and do not make contact with the ZoneLabs servers at that moment to check for updates to anything as TV may crash again.
I have loaded the 5.5 version and tested this and it hasnt crashed as long as I dont make any type of Contact with the ZoneLabs server's.
