RoodMicrotec: annual report not yet fully completed

So far, the work relating to the annual report 2015 is progressing satisfactorily. However, various circumstances, including the transfer of proceedings, have caused some delay which resulted the preparations to start later than usual. Since we value a highly accurate presentation of the results and the notes thereto, we have decided to postpone the publication of the annual report to 26 April 2016. The Annual General Meeting will therefore also be postponed to 7 June 2016.
