Après le lancement il y a quelques semaines de la campagne de béta test du futur Service Pack 4 pour Windows 2000 (voir news), Microsoft vient d'envoyer un mail à tous ses béta testeurs pour leur annoncer le début de la chasse aux bugs.


"Dear Microsoft Beta Tester,

Thank you for your interest in the Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) beta program. We are pleased to inform you that you have been approved to participate in the SP4 beta program.

You have been selected from a large pool of applicants because we believe you will provide us with useful feedback throughout the program.

In preparation for our beta release, please ensure that we have the correct contact information for you. Your current contact information can be found at the top of this email. To update your information, go to BetaPlace at, http://www.betaplace.com and select, "Modify Contact Information". Your account information for accessing BetaPlace is, beta ID: XXX and password: XXX.

You will receive further information about the beta program in the near future."


On ne peut que s'en féliciter, à part si ce futur Service Pack ne rajoute des bugs comme le récent SP1 dédié à Windows XP....
