Senior Researcher at Microsoft brings experience from one of the world’s largest employee experience programs
SAN DIEGO, Oct. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Perceptyx, the leading people analytics and employee survey provider for 20% of the Fortune 100, announced today that it has expanded its product management team by welcoming Mike Howard. Mike joins the team as Senior Product Manager and Architect and will help guide key product innovations as Perceptyx continues to grow rapidly. While at Microsoft, Mike led the company’s annual all-employee survey, MS Poll, and was instrumental in creating programs like their always-on feedback system, Daily Pulse, which delivers real-time data from Microsoft’s 120,000 employees to senior leaders and executives on an on-demand basis.
