Salut,

======================================================= I just released a new version of the RTF2 ActiveX control. New built in
context Menus, support for the standard Selxxx props etc.
http://www.lebans.com/richtext.htm

- Is there or is it possible to add properties to modify the default
font?

I am still having trouble with property persistence for the BackColor
and Font props. They have been holding up this new release of the RTF2
control for several months. I finally gave in and release the new
version tonight WITHOUT support for persistence of the Font and
BackColor props. Sorry, hopefully this issue can be fixed by the next
release. In the meantime you can workaround this issue by
programmatically setting the font for each new record.

- Is it possible to insert object (in the RTF) ?

Yes it is. You can drag and drop directly onto the control or you can
copy and paste from within your application. It is limited in support at
this time but really any object you can get onto the ClipBoard can be
inserted into the control in some fashion..

- Is it possible to start at the bottom of the page to continue on the
next

page (unbreakable property, with "first detail" ( ? ) does not work)

Not sure what you mean here. The control does support CanGrow up to a
max of three pages. If you mean you are having a problem with a blank
page being printed when the control grows over multiple pages then this
is a bug of all ActiveX RTF controls on Access reports. You can get
around it by ensuring the max height of the control does not exceed the
available height on the first page. A user Emailed me some code for this
issue. Click on the Bugs/Workarounds link.

- Is it possible to "insert" fields so the value would be inserted,
and

formatted, automatically ( Like MS Word do with Fields ) ?

Sorry this feature is not available.

- Is it possible to couple the control with a spell checker?

Just copy the Text from the RTF control and apply your favourite spell
checker on it.
