bonjour,

(windows 2000 server SP4 - exchange 2000 sp3 - arcserve SP5 + agent
exchange - joint dans un domaine 2000 existant)

impossible de sauvegarder les boites aux lettres exchange séparement alors
que j'ai installé l'agent arcserve pour.
mon compte administrateur est bien admin local et opérateur de sauvegarde.

je pense que le prob. vient du fait qu'il a été joint à un domaine existant.

avez vous une idée ,

lorsque je suis en train de créer une sauvegarde et que je veux developper
l'arborescence des BAL ,
j'ai l'erreur [exch exchange agent --(402) "Erreur système Exchange"]

lorsque je lance C:Program FilesDBAXCHGconfig.exe
[echec de l'authentification ... consulez le journal c:exchverify.log ...]

Problem Resolution:

As per Microsoft, in Q article Q247085 This can be solved two ways: by
copying a mapisvc.inf file that is correct into your winntsystem32
directory, or by modifying the file by:
1) adding in the entry MSEMS=Microsoft Exchange Server under the [Services]
section of the file
2) adding in the following block of code later in the file
[MSEMS]
