Dans la methode 1 de cet article (Re-register the Windows=20
installer), on nous demande de redemarrer en mode sans=20
echec apr=E8s avoir modifi=E9 la base de registre,mais sous=20
windows NT server il n'y a pas de mode sans echec, alors=20
comment faire ? Surtout que cet article s'applique =E0=20
windows nt4.0 server !!!

Où as-tu vu que cela concernait NT4 ?
Les seuls articles que j'ai trouvés concernant MSIEXEC et NT4 sont :
