On french version you should have an "Organiser" (to organize) button that directs you to the "Rules Wizzard". (At least you have it on Outlook (not Express) 2000).

On french version you should have an "Organiser" (to organize) button that
directs you to the "Rules Wizzard".
(At least you have it on Outlook (not Express) 2000).
