Si c'est pour changer le nom du champ dans les interfaces , il faut regarder http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/ad/ad/class_and_attribute_display_names.asp
The attributeDisplayNames values are Unicode strings; each element consists of a comma-delimited name pair:
