[copy on] It's Zone Alarm (EZ Firewall is a rebadged version of Zone Alarm) wrongly reporting wuauboot.exe or wuauclt.exe (both parts of Win Me's Automatic Update system) attempting to access the net to check for updates. What happened is that in some of the older versions of Zone Alarm, Zone Alarm report the switch -AUMagic rather than the actual application. So it should be safe to let it access the net and forget about it. This Zone Alarm bug has been fixed in later versions.
