Black man steals credit card at Springdale Meijer

SPRINGDALE, Ohio - Springdale police are attempting to identify a man who stole a credit card from Meijer on Gilmore Road in Fairfield Wednesday.

Police say the subject is a black male who was caught on video surveillance. The subject has used the credit card in various locations in Fairfield and Forest Park, charging more than $300 so far.

Police are asking that if anyone can identify this subject to contact Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.

Tips that lead to the identification of the subject will be eligible for a cash reward.

A man stabbed in Over-the-Rhine late Wednesday afternoon has died at the
hospital. The victim is a man in his 50's. Police are looking for a
suspect who stabbed him in the neck after an apparent argument. It
happened just before 6:00pm in the area of West Liberty, Race and Pleasant
Streets. Police are talking with a person of interest and looking for a
suspect described as a male black about 5-foot 6, 160 pounds with bushy
hair wearing a black coat. Local 12 reporter Angela Ingram is on the scene

OVER-THE-RHINE – Cincinnati police have made an arrest in the fatal
stabbing near West Liberty and Race streets Wednesday.

Police said they arrested Dontravis Hill, 35, on a murder charge. He was
booked into the Hamilton County jail just before 2:30 a.m. Thursday.

Michael Berry, 50, died after being stabbed in the neck.

Police were looking for a suspect, described as a black male, about
5-foot-7 and 160 pounds, wearing a dark coat.

The incident occurred shortly before 6 p.m.
