Lt. Ken Gerold said the adult siblings were found stabbed inside the home
by a family member.
The victims have been identified as Kelly O'Keefe, 32, and her brother,
Dan O'Keefe, 27.
Dan was taken to Mercy Hospital Fairfield to meet a medical helicopter,
while Kelly was taken to a second helicopter near the scene. Their
conditions were not known.

Police said they arrested Kelly O'Keefe's ex-boyfriend, James Terry
V. Officers said he will be charged with two counts of felonious assault.
Neighbors told WLWT's Stephanie Stone that the siblings are both
attorneys. They also told Stone that Kelly O'Keefe's car was not at the
home, but they don't know if she left it elsewhere or if it was stolen.
