Do you not see "mail enable" ? If not, perhaps this account already has a mailbox?

What's your goal here? Do you want to user to receive under a different email address?

A mailbox is an attribute of a user object - they're one and the same. If you want this user to have another email address, add it in the email address tab in his/her ADUC properties.

I want a user to send with differents addresses. In fact, i already create multiple SMTP addresses for this user, but when i send a message, the field "FROM" always contains the default SMTP address even if changed it in outlook. Do you have an idea the way i could send messages from a user and this user could take several identities?

Either use multiple mailboxes and assign him permissions (full mailbox rights & Send As) and use forwarding on the server so that all inbound mail goes to his inbox, or see ChooseFrom from www.ivasoft.biz. There's no native way to select a 'from' address on the fly if all the addresses are assigned to one mailbox.

Christophe,
To support what Lanwench is saying. You can however change which email address is used as the default. This process is too burdensome to do on a regular basis however.
