basic.
From time to time I'm in France near Thollon, Evian and I need internet
access quite a lot (around 20h/week). Currently, I use Freesurf's "acc=E8s
gratuit" via an analog (i.e. not ISDN) telephone line. But I wonder if
there is any cheaper solution?
What I do *not* want is
- a solution with a monthly fee (would be a waste because I'm not here
all the time during the year),
- ADSL (isn't available here).

Actually, something like Tele2's offer (35h/month for 10EUR) would be OK. There, the monthly fee only has to be paid if the service was used during that month.
What's your opinion on Tele2?
Are there similar offers (maybe with more hours per month) from other providers?
