I'm experiencing a strange case: I'm running exchange 5.5
and outlook 2000 and 2003 client (1!). The 2003 client
have delegate wich run under OL2000. The delegate can see
the calendar in details, but cannot enter the appointment
itself (impossible to display). This problem is listed in
the MS knownledge base: Workaround: run the cleanfreebusy
switch on the "blocking" client. It worked well on friday
afternoon but the trouble is back everyday. Will I have to
run a CLEANFREEBUSY switch every morning? Thanks for you
help and concern.

Yo Bart!
I did Read your probleme and i dont know another way to resolve it but i had an idea to automate a task to run a CLEANFREEBUSY switch every morning! I think your client must have admin right on his PC to do that... Aiight?
1. Create a small batch file (*.bat) with the CLEANFREEBUSY switch inside like that "C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice1outlook.exe /CLEANFREEBUSY"
2. Create "tâche planifiée" or planned task. You can do that easyly with WinXP. Start > All programs > accessories > System tool > planned task (or someting like that... my WinXP is in french)
You can do the same thing with another file type like *.vbs but you must code it in vbscript.
Good luck! Noemie
