AD (active Directory Users and Computers) but when I
access the exchange server with outlook Web Access the
Contacts are not availables in GAL (Global Adress List).

You should be able to see all your GAL contacts through OWA, but it requires a little trick, you have to enter in the search contact dialog just a space ' ' and search to see all GAL recorded contacts.
If it does not work, try from Outlook to see if the problem is only through OWA or if it comes from your Exchange Server.

You can use this solution. If you want to go beyond,and using your contact from your own contacts folder from your mailbox, you can use Plus Pack for OWA (see www.messageware.com )
