i received this message while trying to erase
some "scrap" stuff out of my win med player 9.
the only message isaw in this forum that mentioned what
this code might mean...... was in FRENCH!
I speak english.
any help available???

Hi ! If you do a research on Google or Yahoo with "cood11cd" you will get some links like http://forum.digital-digest.com/archive/topic/21782-1.html or http://www.xasa.com/grupos/en/microsoft/w/thread/microsoft.public.windowsmedia.player
from what I read, you will need to download a few things like : Ace divx player (www.soft32.com/download_4744.html ) and codec 5.3 (www.yann95200.free.fr/codecs.html ).

lately I had problems with windows media player 9. it couldn't load or play anything. I reinstalled windows over itself and the problem is solved. The player is now working again.
