create modal frames

hi all,

I want to create an application with
a frame and some buttons on it.

Each button call a frame class.

My problem is that i don't know how to make these frames modal.
That is to say, i want the user close the frame called by the button
before to go back to the initial frame.

It is easy to do using dialogBox, but how to do it with a standard frame ?
