Bonjour à tous,

J'ai une debian testing avec un noyeau 2.6.15-1-686 que je viens
d'installer. tout va relativement bien mais pas d'impression su r une
epson stylus c-84.

Le serveur cups 1.2.1 détecte 4 imprimante dont deux sur le port
parellèle 1 ( il y en a aucune), la mienne sur usb1 et une imprimante
virtuel PDF.

Malgré un ensemble de recherche avec notre ami google..... je n'arrive
pas à résoudre ce problème......

En regardant sur http://www.linuxprinting.org, il te faut les paquets
"foomatic-db-gimp-print" et "escputil"

Donc, s'ils ne sont pas installés, tu les installes, tu relances cups
("/etc/init.d/cupsys restart") et tu tappes "escputil -i -u
-r /dev/usb/lp0" pour avoir des infos (tu auras p'têtre à changer
"/dev/usb/lp0" par ce qui convient pour ton imprimante)...

Sinon, donnes-nous un peu plus d'infos, est-ce que tu utilises
l'interface ouèb de configuration? Est-ce que tu as des erreurs dans
"/var/log/cups/error_log"?...

Pour ce qui est des programmes, foomatic-db-gimp-print n'était
effectivement pas installé ( propablement du à une des dernières
réinstallation du tout ... dans le but que cela fontionne...)

Par contre, j'ai toujours 4 imprimantes et la epson stylus c-84 ( la
seule réel) refuse toujurs de fonctionner.

Le fichier /var/log/cups/errors log était beaucoup trop long.

En effet je fait ma configuration avec l'interface web.

J'ai une debian testing avec un noyeau 2.6.15-1-686 que je viens

"foomatic-db-gimp-print" et "escputil"

Donc, s'ils ne sont pas installés, tu les installes, tu relances cups
("/etc/init.d/cupsys restart") et tu tappes "escputil -i -u
-r /dev/usb/lp0" pour avoir des infos (tu auras p'têtre à changer
"/dev/usb/lp0" par ce qui convient pour ton imprimante)...

Sinon, donnes-nous un peu plus d'infos, est-ce que tu utilises
l'interface ouèb de configuration? Est-ce que tu as des erreurs dans
"/var/log/cups/error_log"?...
