Deplacer "C:document and settings" vers un autre disque

Bonjour à tous,
Sur un serveur TSE (Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP2, rattaché
à un AD 2003), les utilisateurs se connectent à distance et exécutent, dans
leur session TSE, le client java de leur application métier. Chaque profil,
stocké dans le répertoire "C:\Documents and settings\", occupe environ 200
Mo sur le disque C: du serveur
Le disque C: (12Go) du serveur arrive parfois à saturation.
Je voudrais savoir comment :
- déplacer le répertoire "C:\Documents and Settings" vers le disque D: du
même serveur, car ce dernier contient plus de 100 Go d'espace libre.
- appliquer des quotas aux utilisateurs du serveur (et uniquement de ce
serveur) pour qu'ils ne stockent pas n'importe quoi dans leur session (ils
n'ont normalement rien à y stocker, mais certains laissent trainer des
fichiers sur le bureau de la sessions TSE).
